I am getting very close for placing an order for my 1st ultimate pc. Took me long time to decided on all the parts, and I am still unsure about the ram.

I know that I want 4GB(2 x 2GB) stick. My mobo is DFI LP LT P35 T2R (800 memory standard) In some previous post lots of u gave me different options for different choices, but because all of u told me something different its hard for me to choose.

1. CORSAIR XMS2 DHX 4GB(2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800

2. OCZ ReaperX HPC 4GB(2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227278

3. GeIL Evo One 4GB(2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820144120

4. Crucial Ballistix 4GB(2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800

I guess there are some more options, but I think this are the top once. Some told me that Crucial Ballistix is great, but OCZ ReaperX & GeIL Evo One also look very interesting...What would be the most stable reliable OVERCLOCABLE ram?

Thanks

I would say go for the Corsair or the Crucial. They are both in the same price range and pretty much the same things. The Corsair is actually cheaper than the other after a mail in rebate.

If you are planning on OCing, I think I would go with the Crucial Ballistix. I have heard they are better for that sort of thing **I heard this somewhere, I don't know from personal experience**

I would definitely recommend the Corsair memory. I got my standard XMS2 memory to run at 950MHz with 4-4-4-12 timings and still at the stock 2.1V.
