I got a problem

Ok so i'll boot up my computer, runs through it all, boots into windows XP, right when it should get to the log in screen, it goes blank. No signal at the moniter, caps, num, and scroll lock lights dont work, i can turn them on or off when it is working, when it goes blank, the lights that are on will stay on, cant turn them off, the ones that are off, stay off, wont turn on......
i have to turn off the computer by holding the power button down, which sux...
one time, after i turned off the computer, the num lock light stayed on, even with it off, i had to pull the plug...any info would be great!

Do you have your Windows disk? If you do, then you could try a repair install.

 

[A True Folder]

It's freezing, it may be software related but could also be hardware, can you boot into safe mode? (to eliminate the video card drivers from the equation)

What are your system specs? has this just started? done anything recently that could cause it? new software/hardware? overclocked?

yeh as "True Folder" said, can u reboot it in safe mode? if it still persists, maybe its the hardware you might be using, loose connections perhaps? We need more info
