Well I am almost ready to order this board for my new Q9450 but I just want to get some final thoughts from people. Will it pair well with the Q9450? How far do u think I be able to @ for 24/7 use? I want to use the BEST 4G(2 x 2G) DDR2 Memory what would u suggest?

I also found this review online about how this model have bad contact and/or badly applied TIM, can anyone confirm this? When I get the board can I take the heatsink's off and re apply the paste?

I also was considering this board (GIGABYTE GA-EP35-DS3R) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128086 so if someone thinks I will benefit more from this one then the ABIT one plz let me know. (I will not ne using SF/SLI) It is very important that I make the right choice here between this 2 board ! :D

I am looking for stability and good overclocking potential (this will be a gaming rig)

Your comments are greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Yeah its a pretty good one and you could probly use it for a couple years 24/7 with proper cooling?

I use all my computers 24/7 anyway, well not use like stress for 24/7, just leaving it on, but I rarely power them off

Why not? It's a waste of energy just leaving them on.

I'm not going to recommend super expensive DDR2 memory because I don't think it's worth it now that DDR3 is quickly becoming the standard in new mobos and chipsets. This kit is very good: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227267 Would OC at least as far as 1066MHz and has CAS 4 timings.
