Problem With Banner !!

Hi all,

Sorry if this this in the wrong section! I have a done a banner design at www.onlyfair.co.uk, the banner looks fine in IE however when veiwed in firefox it goes all weird - anybody know how I can sort this?

Where on the site is the banner? Is the one on top of the page?

Yes, the one with the logo, black female and contact details.

Any ideas? If you take a look in firefox you will see the problem.
