9800 GTX is on newegg for $329.99

Well like I sad 9800 GTX sales are finally open. It goes for $329.99 on egg, good price if u ask me. This card in my opinion is an @ version of GTS, but everything being sad I think I will pick one up this month for my new build, in my eyes its the best bang for the buck.

It hardly performs any better than the 8800GTS. And when they're available for as low as $244...
Wait to see if the prices come down before you buy one.

Wow that pricing is pretty sick considering the 8800GTX went for around $500 when it started. I see my version GTS is now down to $149 now.

Maybe I should order another one before they all disappear.

That card is faster than a 8800GTS? If it is that really doesn't matter since I already have a GTS and adding another one would be smarter than buying 2 of those or 1 9800GTX.

Sure I'll pick up a 9800GTX probably when I start ordering all new parts. I keep wanting to but I can't seem to get ahead right now. Every week another unexpected bill pops up. I'm hoping the trend will die down shortly.

The G80, yes.
I don't think the 9800GTX is worth it at 329 TBH.

IMO don't get one until it's on the TomsHardware VGA Charts. Then we'll know which is the winner card (in terms of performance as well as value).

what is going to be the new flagship card for the 9000 range? as i thought it was the 9800GTX as the 8800GTX/Ultra was for that range
