With the motherboard ive also been looking at the XFX 780i because ill be wanting to go SLI with the 9800 gx2 and that board looks like its got lots of room to fit thoughs bad boys in. what do you guys think stick with the P5K-E WiFi? or go with the XFX 780i. if you think anything els needs a look over please let me know :)

Thanks, Pi1rka :)

I don't see any problems with what you have picked out. But, as with most of these types of posts, you get 10 different opinions from 10 different people.

The P5K-E WiFi is a nice board, but I've heard many stories of the WiFi not working properly on them.

If you are really interested in running SLI any time in the future, you would do well by getting the XFX 780i.

Good luck with whatever you choose to get. :D

That looks very nice, I have the vanilla P5K and it's a brilliant functional board with great overclocking capabilities. I also have the same PSU and my voltages are rock solid. Don't bother doing SLI with the 9800GX2 though. The scaling is awful and it's destroyed by two HD 3870X2s in CrossfireX: http://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/video/display/geforce9800-gx2_12.html It's better to stick with the P35 IMO and have higher overclocking ability.

Rig looks great to me, uh, you're just missing a CD/DVD/BlueRay drive and an OS, unless you already have those two components lying around at home.

I don't know exactly how cost efficient the 9800GX2 is though, it seems a bit exorbitant.

everything looks good to me... personally i'd go with a corsair 620HX PSU, it's a rebadged Seasonic... good stuff.

The HX620 or is is 620HX is a quality PSU due to it's Seasonic origins. I considered buying it before I picked up a Thermaltake Toughpower for a great price.

The 9800GX2 is around $580 at the cheapest ATM

Not really, Silverstone is better than any of those companies hands down. The only company that makes a better product than Silverstone is PC Power & Cooling, but the price is outrageous.
But, if you want to waste your money on a lesser product, go ahead.

You may also want to consider this CPU:

All the prices at that store are outrageous. Not sure about Canadian stores, but check out Tigerdirect:

Not sure about the Antec 900, if you like the looks fine, but don't buy it for the cooling. There are much better cases out there for that (*cough* not steel cases...)
