i dont think it is , the extra 50 you are paying could go towards a decent cooler for it

Well I just bought the E8400 for $220 with shipping. What ya guys think good deal? 1 year warranty no heatsink and fan. Sigh. but sold out everywhere else.

Edit: after I bought it i went back and checked for the cpu again and it said backordered. Hope mines not backordered.
