Peanut, those are the steps that you follow on the Windows install disk. As Burkey567, and Jogo, said, he doesn't want to reinstall the os.

Just posting another option.This isn't installing.
In the Windows XP Licensing Agreement, press F8 to agree to the license agreement.
Anyway it's fixed.I have a right to my suggestions.
