I need some help with my website

I want to add main pages to my website, as of now its just a forum, but I don't really know how to make my own webpage from scratch. I've been searching for templates for a while, but can't find any that match what I want. So first of all I want to know what you guys would like to see on a computer website, and how I could go about making my own custom, professional, clean looking webpage.

You could do it by setting up a portal. I'm not sure how to do that, but i know it's somewhere in your Administration Panel.

mybb doesnt have a portal inbuilt..

get a mod for it if you want a proper portal

or research the software like i did with phpbb, im an expert at phpbb.com, i help people out, i release mods and i know how to make pages integrated with it.
