We have water restrictions year round. Australia is one of the driest places in the world.

yes we have water restrictions pretty wel permenantly now. You are only allowed to water lawns with sprinklers on certain days and during certain times. When it was at it's worst in the southern part of the state they had time limits on how long you are allowed to shower for.
