I say the SB5120 because it is the exact same thing as the other one, and when you factor in shipping costs, it is cheaper than the other.

EDIT- The only real difference is it doesn't support as many computers, but who needs 32 or even 63 computers connected through that anyway?

i heard the 5101 uses the broadcom chipset and the 5120 uses a TI chipset and the TI chipset isn't as good

Well, I guess you won't know until you buy one. If that is the case, and people know for a fact that the Broadcom chipset is better than the T1 chipset, then go for the better one. It all depends on what you plan on using it for. What speed is the connection you plan on using?
