Yep, that's great. There is no need to waste money on a Tuniq Tower though if you're not OC'ing. The stock cooler will be fine.

Me and Vitaminx talked about that, but they aren't in stock anywhere at a reasonable price (sometimes they're around $290), and the E6750 is still a decent CPU.

yea, i was thinking about getting rid of the tuniq tower but heh, if i ever do decide to oc atleast its there. Looks pretty kickass too lol. By the way I'm probably getting the vista home premium 64 bit. think i should go to 8 gigs or nah

If you ever do decide to OC you'll be wishing you hadn't bought that RAM, it's very cheap for 2x2GB though. Good choice with 64 bit BTW.

No, by the time you need 8GB of memory, DDR3 will be at a reasonable price and all boards will support it.

Well what i mean by oc'ing is just overclocking the cpu. i probably wouldnt mess with the ram. But im curious why you said if i ever decide to c that i'll be wishing i hadn't bought that ram. Whys that? what do you recommend.

When you overclock a CPU, you increase the FSB speed, this increases the memory frequency, so you need your RAM to be capable of running at higher speeds.
