Files encryption and security - HELP!!

hi guys,

new to this forum and need help with one problem I have. here we go....

I am an administrator on a yahoo group for a youth organisation and will be u/loading files to that site for them to use. What i`m asking is this:

1) Is there a program that will encrypt microsoft office and PDF files that after a set period ( approx a week ) the password for that file is rendered useless, and they must ask for a new copy of that file.

2) One password that can be used only once for when that file is opened.

3) anything else that will do the job that I have tried to explain.

The reason I ask this is due to the fact other "staff" ( non members of the group ) seem to get their hands on my work and use it on their web sites without even asking to use it.

any help would be greatfully appreciated.

You can't really do this, as far as I know it's impossible.

I don't know of a software that lets you use temporary passwords but encrypting/password protecting them I would use WINRAR or 7ZIP

I thought I was asking the impossible. But worth asking anyway. So far i`ve used pdf995 to covert word to pdf and then pdf re-direct to give them passwords.

You can't really do this, as far as I know it's impossible.
