Which Combo is better?

hey everyone i have finally come down to a decision between three combo MOBO + CPU, im sorry to "worshipme" for the work that i put him through, which combo is better?

Get the Biostar with the 4000+. You'll notice a decent increase in processor speed.

I'd go with the 1st one. It's cheaper and supports faster ram. Cpu is a little slower but the differences are pretty small. Also it has pci-e which is pretty much a must if this is going to be used for gaming.

I recommended in the previous thread, that he should go for an AM2/AM2+ board and the 3800+ X2. The AM2+ socket would make it much more upgradable in the future and can take full advantage of the Phenoms. I recommended this combo:

OH ALSO, i almost forgot, i always had this on my mind what is the difference between DDr and DDR2, is DDR2 dual or somthing?
