What should i upgrade next?

I dont have any money right now, and i dont know what i should save up for.
here are my specs
DFI Infinity NF UltraII M2
AMD Athlon 64 X2 4800+
PNY 3 GB DDR2
SATA Seagate 120 GB HDD
Sapphire X1950 GT
Xion 450 Watt
Windows XP PRO OS
I can't upgrade to 4gb of ram because the 4th slot is kind of busted. I'm thinking of a new mobo, but after that, then what? some said that i need a better PSU. but so far its working for me, and not planning to get another one till this dies out. should i get something for my computer? or should i just leave it alone and save up my money?
i use my computers for pretty much games, and multimedia.

Do you really need to upgrade, can you do everything you need to fine? If so, then just save up.

if you got a new mobo most stuff wouldn't be compatible then it would end up being like a new build.
the specs are kidda old already, if you find that if it keeps slowing down if save up for a whole new build that would last a few years

get a 5000+ black and OC that beast

Send back your motherboard and get it replaced if somethings wrong with it, and the guarantee is still available.

I think his CPU is fine. The best thing to do would to get an AM2/AM2+ mobo so that his PC is much more upgradable and can support the new Phenoms.
