Hey all,
Not sure what happened or how, but the last few days I keep getting a pop-up fromj Zone Alarm asking whether to allow InStallShield Update to access the internet. I keep denying, but it keeps popping back up. Last night I ran End-It-All before I went online to race and no problems. This morning I ran End-It-All again, it showed it closed the update program, but it popped up and kicked me back to desktop (lucky I was just practicing...LOL)
In my Control Panel, there is a folder called Program Update, but I see no place to delete it. I tried opening it, but it would not full open. You could only see the top 1/8 of it.
I found InStallShield from Macrovision, but that has been installed since 2005.
This is the name of the exe: isuspm.exe. When I searched, I found 3 files, but no uninstall.
Please, how do I get rid of this thing? If I have to, I can do a System Restore, but hopefully something easier.
Thanks
