Okay, a while back my bro got a new computer, jumped from Win98se to Vista, which was a huge change for him. I have some files shared on our home network and I'm trying to access them on his computer. So far, he can not see my computer and I can not see his. I've checked his firewall and our network IP is not being blocked and the same can be said for mine. We are both on the same Workgroup (WORKGROUP) and my bro's computer shows only himself on the Workgroup and my computer only shows myself.
