Ok so here is the deal. I am sure that you have all called tech support, or some type of support, be it in a hotel, or to order plane tickets or concert tickets. I found a great website that allows you to call a number and speak with a real human. Not the IVR that has you choose an option from a seemingly endless number of options.

Oh, wow, that is a really good find. I'm bookmarking that, because you never know when I might have to call Verizon DSL to complain. I hate their automated system.

One trick I knew before this list, a lot of automated systems hate it when you spam the 0 button on your phone. This will result in you getting a person. This may not work for all services, but It does for Dell, eMachines and ATi if I remember correctly.
