No, the RAM and mobo won't work together, you need DDR2 RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820134384 If you are running Vista then I recommend two kits of this. I recommended that RAM because I assume that you won't be doing any overclocking. If you will be, then I recommend this mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130098 and this memory: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145034
If you aren't overclocking then the Kingston RAM and the motherboard you chose will be fine.
