latest news has some officer in the Marines stating that these guys appear to be stationed in Hawaii.

War does weird things to people, if they were in a war zone one could maybe undestand barbarism like this a little easier but Hawaii???

Personally there is just too much of this shit going on, Abu Ghraib, Guantanamo torturing POW's etc the US military is out of control.

I respect your patriotic replies and your right to voice such but as an outsider (non American) looking in, the picture painted by the modern day US Forgien Policy is a nasty looking thing that is doing nothing for your credibility on the world stage, the US is seen as (mildly) a bully, (harshly) the biggest terrorist organisation in the world.

I do not wish to turn this into a anti US thread so I'll leave it at that.
