Gif avatar creator

does anyone know of some software that can import an avi video and then save as a gif image for my avatar.

i have tryed video avatar 2 but i carnt find serial so i couldnt use that .

ive got my avatar to 65x65 but its still 50kb, is there a way i can make it to the 14kb mark

In the file menu, I think it's called optimzation, run that and it should lower the size when set right (smaller numbers). I don't know too much as I've just started playing with that myself.

I think maybe raise the limit slighly for people that have 1000+ posts.. but not to extremes.

yer, not like 125x125 ,
maby like 80x80 with 30-50kbs.
i think that would be really good.
