yea its normally the last 4 digits of your cell phone number.

This happened to me on T-mobile. I set a pin and didn't use for like 2 years I ended up forgetting. I just called them up and they were able to set my pin to 00000000. Then I just went in there and changed it to something I would remember. I would suggest you do the same thing. Then write it down on notepad and save it or something.

Try all 0's thats usually what its set to at default.
