Multimedia Audio Controller Issue

My friend is at home right now and he asked me to help him out to put his sound on. I looked under Drvice Manager and I looked to see the Manufacturer and It says Unknown and I cannot find out what driver to put to allow sound.

Please I need a driver to download and I cannot find one. All help is appreciated.

Now I found out that it is a:

Unimodem Half-Duplex Audio Device

Anyone know where to download the Driver?

Is this an on-board motherboard chip or a add in PCI sound card.

If it's onboard, go to either the motherboard or computer manufacturer's site to find the correct drivers.
