yeah maybe to prepare myself for the future i should get the quad.. :)
and also when playing my games would i even notice the difference of the C2D over the C2Q? if theres not a whole lot of difference then most likely the quad it is:)
 
Well, you may get some more Frames Per Second depending on the game, which can't be a bad thing
 
I just think that the money you save from buying a dual can be spent on something alse that would make more of a difference to gaming performance.
 
I would always recommend the quad over the dual cores for gaming because unreal engine 3 supports it and if you look around lately alot of game are being powered by unreal engine 3. Also If you plan on buying any games in the next year then guaranteed alot of them will run better on quad cores.
