From the sound of it, yes. Don't take my word for it, but I *think* you'll be fine till you get a replacement.

I think that he thinks the problem is the mobo.

because it's reading faulty readings, in bios and in readings from programs. The bios warning is what freaked me out. I had to set the readings on ignore to make bios allow me to boot system. Think I'll be ok to use the computer until I replace the mobo? Computer is running fine

How about a reflash of the BIOS?

I got it at 2.1v or the 4gigs will not pass ram test. Anyways Thanks again to all
