PC Power & Cooling is basically universally accepted as the best PSU manufacturer.
That is a very nice PSU. Get it if you want. But just so you know you're wasting your money on that extra wattage, your system could run fine even on 500W.
As for Thermaltake, they are definitely not in the top 5 PSU manufacturers quality wise. I'd say it goes:
PCP&C
Silverstone
Etasis
Zippy
Antec
The Thermaltake Toughpower line is pretty good, but not even close to the best. Their other lines really should not be considered for a high end PC.
