I was at basketball practice last night. I was practicing with the team before us. So I went up for a rebound and landed funny. Today I went to the ER and got an air cast and cruches. I hate it lol.

Well basketball is over and were going into the playoffs, I think by the end off the weekend ill be off cruches. But the orthapedic says to keep the air cast on for two weeks.
