thats a great build. y go high end on everything but the mouse and keyboard. u should choose somethin better.
just wait till the 9000's come out. u'll want one.

That is a very nice build.

As for the mouse and keyboard, I was never one to spend a lot of money on a keyboard or mouse, all keyboards type the same and all mice work the same.

thats personally what I thought, but im open to suggestions...

I'd just like to say something. It seems from the video card that this PC is for gaming. The new E8*** series would be better suited to your needs as almost all games aren't threaded for quad cores so a dual core would give better performance. Also the the new 45nms overclock as high as 4.2GHz. This is a good choice: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115037
Apart from that, I'm really liking the rest of the build including the 750i mobo. Sure, it can't reach the FSB speeds of a P35 or an X38 but you get PCI-E 2.0 and the full 16 lanes when doing SLI. BTW, the link to the 8800GT is actually of your PSU.

Looks like a great build to me. Case looks interesting, too. :)

As for the keyboard/mouse combo, do what you're comfortable with. I used to always use Logitech's wireless desktops for my computers but I got their cheapest keyboard/mouse in the mail with my order. They felt 100x better IMO than my wireless combo. I've recently gone back to using the wireless one, but I don't like the loose keys on this keyboard, and something about the spacing really bothers me.

I'm getting used to it, though. ^_^

For the 8800GT, you might want to have a look at the Gainward as it has an improved cooler which really benefits the 8800GT.
