Wireless Router...

Hello All,

Ok, just bought a laptop yesterday, a wireless router and thought id be away.

Im on AOL borandband, and had all kinds of problems last night with my modem, and router.

So i go back today and buy a new router with an inbuilt modem.

Will i just be able to plug in the router to the phone line, and so on... anything major i need to know.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome!
You should be able to plug the modem/router combo in to the phone line and you should be set. You might need to do a powercycle, but that isn't hard.
