I know everyone here likes to use speedtest.net for there testing but I happened to come across this site and it gives you a bit better detail. You can choose different size files for the tests and either do a simple text summary or convert the text to a image file.
Anyways here is the link to the download and upload tests. I used 1013kB files for my tests. You can do a express test as well but you can't choose the sizes and it doesn't compare to other networks. I know mine sucks and I'll get completely owned by pretty much everyone here until I can connect to the Evdo network rather than 1xRtt currently. But still I'm freaking happy with these speeds over dial up. Low still but much more enjoyable for casual surfing.
