Ok, I don't remember the classes of felonies here. Class 3 is the worst, right? All felonies are bad, period, but theres 3 types, correct? Or was class 1 the worst... ahh, damn, its been awhile since I looked at any law books.

class 1 is the worst, which includes like rape and murder and manslaughter. he got class 3.

Wtf? They are only a misdemeanor when under 20 grams. Over 20 grams and it is a class 3 felony. Wether it be marijuana, crack, heroin, etc.
