Uh no length width height is 1, 2, 1. Theres 3 dimensions since its a rectangular prisim.
 
.6m x .3m x .3m = 0.054m³

1m³ = 1000l

So therefore 0.054 x 1000 = 54l

Assuming US gallons

1 litres = 0.264172051 US gallons

54l = 14.27US gallons
