Yeah, I try to avoid over the phone tech support if possible. The lady originally called because I gave her a CD and she needed help printing something off it (from a PDF file). I've never actually printed a PDF file that I can think of. I just tole her that I'd have to actually be there to really help. I told her that maybe the CD is too slow for the program and it's not responding to printing (I know it was slow when scrolling down the PDF while straight off the CD on my notebook, so I took a guess), so I told her how to put it on the hard drive, the desktop was just easiest to explain to copy it to. I think they got the problem fixed, I dunno if my suggestion helped or not...
