Just spread the wound open and pour peroxide over it to flush it out. And stop fracking around. Let this be a lesson learned the hard way.
And why are you cleaning your computer with air from a compressor in the first place? The water content is not good for the components and the pressure is way too high. Canned air is cheap and safer.

Oh and be sure to dress that wound.

You know whats weird? I have a butane can in my garage, and it never gets hot, even in the summer time if you touch it, feels like an ice cube I got frostbite from spraying it around lol.
