Building a computer: Please Help

One suggestion, the hard drive you linked in your first post was an older version of SATA. It will run a lot slower than the current SATA II's. The new ones are also labled SATA 3.0Gb/s Typically, the different in price will only be about $5, and would be well worth it IMO.
 
Unless that build is for gaming then there is nothing I would change on there. It's a very good budget rig. And whoever told you not to get Corsair memory doesn't have a clue. It's fortunate you didn't take his advice.

I love how the GPU is $75, then $30 after rebate. I was in Staples today and I saw it for $149.99 what does that tell you? newegg is awesome!
