Sound Studio Headphones?

I am looking to purchase a pair of nice headphones for my fathers sound studio. Must not be more then $120 and needs to have the 6.3mm connector like the HD's 555 (its that BIG connector)

I currently was thinking about getting the Sennheisers HD555. For that price could I get something better? Please give some suggestions.

the sennheisers are REALLY nice. i dont think they get much better than those on ur budget..

Those two arn't really a great idea :S The Razer ones are a surround sound gaming headphone, 99% of music today is produced in stereo and music studio's don't do anything in surround.

I'd recomend checking out the HD-25 II, very nice headphones, their what I wish I had bought instead of my MDR-V700's (Which are worth checking out too, cheaper and their the "standard")

I didn't get them because they weren't in my price range. I would have had they been. This was recommended by a professional. They probably are pretty good. I have Sennheiser HD202's. Not good for studio, but good for listening and doing stuff maybe not so professionally (they have too much bass in them).
