I originally wanted to keep the price below 250 but as you can see i am at 318 without a case or PSU. If anyone could help me lower the price without much performance loss it would be much appreciated! I plan on overclocking so if anyone knows of a budget case with good cooling - preferably without lighting - that would be great as my room runs a tad warm! Same goes for a budget PSU as well! Thank you!

P.S. Sorry for the long post

Well, since your processor is OEM and has no cooler, you might want to get one of these as well:

should be good if you don't plan on overclocking.

As for a case, just look around and see what you like. As far as cooling is concerned, just look for cases with space for at least 1 120mm fan in the front and 1 120mm fan in the back, that should be adequate. Also look for a sturdy case, just look at the reviews on newegg.

There are rebates on both the video card and memory i chose

video card=30 bucks
corsair memory=35 bucks

yea but rebates usually take months to respond.. sometimes you don't even get them... you still save money with the video card and ram and new mobo, that i suggested..

After many suggestions from different forums here is my improved config:
