Is this to much video card for the DFI Lanparty UT NF4 SLI-DR Expert.The cpu is a Athlon 64 4000+.

As far as i know, this would not be too much video card. The DFI's LANParty UT NF4 SLI-DR Expert motherboard was created with serious overclocking in mind. It is one of the faster of the Athlon 64 motherboards created. It is great for the typical gaming enthusiast. Give it a try and see for yourself if it actually works.
