Theres a 4-pin connector coming from the case labelled 'Speaker', i have an nforce 680i motherboard and i dont know where to plug it in.

In the manual it says where the 'Front Panel Headers', 'IEEE 1394a', 'USB Headers', and where the 'Fron Audio Connectors' are located. Which one should i put it in?

I don't think so. It should be simply labeled as "speaker" or "spkr" on the motherboard. Look for the pins where the front panel wires connect to on the motherboard. It will be with them.

This is a small black four pin plug with only two wires correct?

Yeah, where the other front panel connectors connect, the pins are all used and they are placed in the right spots.

It's not too important. It's used for the system speaker that beeps when booting up.

I tried to download the manual for your board so i could have a look, but I get an odd file I can't do anything with.
