No Signal Through Video Card

so do i just put the floppy drive right on top of the hard drive? im a complete noob at this if you havent noticed already

My cd drive setup is one big cable going into the drive from the power supply and one smaller sata cable going from the motherboard to the cd drive, is it the same with the hard drive?

have u tryed connecting the floopy and booting

Umm, ok i moved the hard drive and connected it where it was supposed to (had it in the wrong spot in the case before) and put the floppy drive in the right bay. It says i need to connect a 34 pin cable to the floppy drive and motherboard...I cant seem to find one. I already plugged in the usb 4 pin cable and the power cable.
