No Signal Through Video Card

I just hooked up my newly built computer to a monitor through VGA and never got a signal...I checked all my connections and they were good. Maybe i have to connect something that i havent already?

All the fans are spinning, the cd drives are powered, lights are lit, but no video signal. I made so many threads cause they're new topics, lol.

nope, no onboard video.

I fixed it! my ram wasnt fully pushed in ...But i have another Problem, when i start it up it just starts for like 3 seconds then shuts itself off.

Yeah, the comp fails at loading floppy, then when i hit F1 to continue it just shuts off, does it need a floppy drive to start?

you dont need a floopy full stop.
just temperly . disconnect all floopy connections and try again

worst case scenario: the card is defective
but disconnect the floppy drive and try and see wat happens
