couple of questions i have a e6750 and im ocing it whats the max temp i should go ? also is there a rule when doing the memory timeing like mine is 4,4,4,12 now could i do like 3,4,2,10 or dose the first 3 have to be the same ? what ? last can i oc my memory over the 1:1 ratio with my cpu say my fsb was 1600 and my mem is 800 can i oc the memory without touching the fsb or do u have to ?

yer stock cooler i allready got my cpu overclocked to 3.0ghz idle is 46c and load is around 70-75c

Thats a pretty high idle might want to look for a new hs.

my quad idle is in 30's

as for memory no clue wait for one of the guru's haha

Yeah, i'll repeat what chris said, you should invest in an aftermarket heatsink soon. Those temperatures are pretty hot, especially the load *.

well these are all the settings a guy on here mattydeshark told me to put...

fsb:1500
mem:800 (stock)
memory4,4,4,12 (stock)
nb voltage: 1.45
FSB VTT voltage 20%

Your top temp should not exceed 72°C

You are risking damaging your chip at the max load temp you have stated

See your processor spec here at Intel

Your CAS4 memory may be able to run at CAS3, I have no idea for certain as I've never played with that memory, I would suggest Google to find a guide.

You can use a divider to oc your memory independently.

wait!
is voltage at 1.45 with stock cooling safe .
i think it should be on 1.3 or under

NB (Northbridge voltage) not vCore ;)

Without knowing the board it is hard to say if it is too high or not.
