Free Internet Phone?

I was wondering if there are programs that allow unlimited, free calls atleast in Canada and the US over landlines? I know programs like Skype, Freecall, and Voipraider, but unfortunatly they screw you over by later limiting your calls until you purchase credits due to a "Fair Use Policy".

i dont think there is ne thing like that!!!unless they got hacks like they do for satellites.

i dont think theres anything wrong with skype . its 2.1 cents a min . so you could talk to yor friends in canada for an hour an play $1.21 . i would say thats next to free
