Don't know if you know about this but:

A free version of a Spyware scanner made by AVG :)

I'm trying it now to see if it sees anything Spybot doesn't see. If not, I'll get rid, but it may be good

EDIT:

Never Mind. Says its free, but for some reason when you run it, it says its only a trial for 30 days...

Though, reading further, it says automatic updates will be turned off (pretty useless for a scanner then huh?), but will still run.

Running now

EDIT 2:

Okay, it may be better than I thought. Currently, it has found 16 tracking cookies Spybot didn't see, after only 1 minute of scanning.

lol....

Uh yeah, pretty useless for a scanner,
But, it doesnt hurt having to see if it pick's anything up that the other one dont. (good english huh)

Get online!

But yeah, still 16 after 3 minutes.

So, Spybot ignored these or what? Haha

I'em online ya noob =P *I win*

Told ya, it does that for me with my old ad-aware after the new ad-aware, its good.

Spybot dont really ignore it, just' not have them as a tracking, it could be under a different title.. ?

Your not online on MSN I meant...

Adaware deleted my Internet once, so I never bothered to download that again

Yeah, Spybot used to, but it stopped after a while and I thought it had cleared them, but obviously not.

EDIT:

Cleared 19. All tracking cookies except for 2 which were high risk Trojans. One was in MSN Plus's program installation file, but that couldn't have been running since I don't select to install the sponsers. But yeah, all sorted now.
Seems quite good.

After 30 days it'll discontinue automatic updates but these can probably be downloaded from the net.

The fact it can be set to delete tracking cookies automatically on detection when running in the background seems like a plus to me.

EDIT 2:

It also has nice built in features like a Shredder, and also options to disable some function in Windows, and in IE to stop reporting, etc, stop some controls. Nice :) *thumbs up*

MSN Plus is a highly dangerous and intrusive virus, regardless of what options you selected.

Also, tracking cookies do not pose any security risks.

Really? I have it installed, but it hasn't said anything about the actual file itself. I just didn't select to install the sponsers, but I did at one point, but removed them easily by deleting the entire program.

MSN Plus I've always installed as it adds some extra functionality I actually use.

I just have windows defender running, but I never really run scans... I probably should.

Just broke 3k!! 3k1
