If you're looking for a large inexpensive monitor, try looking at the Princeton Arcadia line. They're essentially televisions with a wide array of connectivity. VGA/S-Video for example.

I think they're discontinued but if you happen to find one in your area, take a test run.
 
If I can't fix my LCD TV I'll probably just go to a pawn shop and look for a CRT TV about that size with a S-vid in.
 
You got talent my friend, Keep at it.;) Would like to see the finished item when your done. There's another member on this board that has a passion for 3d animation/graphics, and it's amazing..I believe it was Kage, But I'm not too sure.
 
Well I learned how to do that thing in a matter of hours. I'm better at the other one, not "good" by any means, but thanks for the kind words. They say engineers tend to be very image oriented and are good at visualizing things, so I guess that's my calling.
