scanner problems

does anyone have a canon LiDE 60 scanner connected with a windows vista 32bit? when i use the toolbox, it always stops responding, does anyone have a solution to this?

i dont know anything about this scanner, but is the program / drivers made for vista?
try looking on the web for updates aswell

yeah i checked the website and downloaded windows vista drivers

so its still broken?
any other problems with the pc?
could just be a lack of ram or something

it worked perfectly when i had windows xp though
