just wanna know if everything is worth the price and its all compatible and if it will work well for gaming.
i have a monitor and mouse and i think i can get an OS so if im missing anything else plz let me know.

looks fine to me, maybe a bigger PSU, but thats just me... maybe 600/650? gut feeling... im sure a 500 would do fine, but just to be safe i'd get a better one, that is usually the most overlooked component of a pc, people always wonder why their dual core rig wont oc worth a crap and they have a little 350watt psu, theres your problem...

but other than the psu, looks like a great system
 
@ OP

The board will need a bios flash to support the cpu, no biggy.

Check the manual for the dual channel memory config, it utilises slots A2 & B2 instead of the usual A1 & B1)
