We haven't figured that problem out either. We can't seem to find a setting to apply at startup.

Another good program you could use is RivaTuner. There's even a Fan Speed & Overclock guide to show you how to use it.

dang so your saying at startup i have to set the fan speed to 50 everytime?

also i ran ntunes coarse tuning which took 3 hrs. how do i check and see the before and after report?

As far a we can figure out, yes.

I'm not sure how to view the Ntune logs. You should give Rivatuner a try. You can set it so the settings are applied at boot.
