60fps - LOCKED

It's not an opinion, it's fact. If you have 100Fps, but only a Refresh rate of 60, you won't see a difference between 60FPS and 100FPS because the screen is only refreshing 60times per second. If you have a refresh rate of 100 and FPS of 100, you'll notice the difference between 60 and 100FPS.

Yes, I do know that. I was just saying that I don't see anything over 30FPS, let alone above my screen's refresh rate. Maybe you notice a difference above 30FPS, but I don't.

What method do you use to disable vsync? the nvidia control panel is the most effective way of doing it.
