Any gym-rats here?

im not yelling just stating the facts...you only need 20 mins for a good circuit training,not 2 hours or ne thing thats if your short on time.

More than true. I could easily cram an hour and a half workout to 45 minutes if I wanted to, and just alternated muscle groups more efficiently. And thats a very extensive workout.
 
if ppl keep a stop watch on themselfs and only give 30 sec breaks between sets they will kno what pain is!!and its good to lose some chub
